Tom founded True Guard in May of 2016 after working at LEAP PM gaining invaluable expertise in the industry. His extensive experience in real estate transactions in the state of Texas is going on nearly 10 years. Tom’s primary role at True Guard is Head Broker, focusing on new client on-boarding, sales, accounting, and hosting the True Guard Podcast show.
PARTNER/PROPERTY MANAGER
Holds degrees in marketing and management from Tarleton State University. Possesses over 5 years of corporate experience in team leadership, marketing, and business growth in companies with annual revenues of $10M to more than $1B. Real estate experience includes project management for private investors involved in rehabs and wholesaling. Victor joined True Guard full-time as a business partner and property manager in 2018. He also handles client real estate transactions, and is actively involved in process improvements and business development.

DeSean has been with True Guard since 2016. His primary role is Property Manager, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of single family homes, duplexes and condos. Born in California, he got to Texas as fast as he could in 2004. Since, he’s established an incredible family with 3 daughters. His passion is knowledge building, and raising his family.
