Cody Murphy is a Property Manager and Realtor for TrueGuard. He grew up on a cattle ranch in Morgan, Tx where he still enjoys spending his free time with his family. After spending his childhood livestock judging, showing cattle & playing basketball at a high competitive level, he began his college career. Cody first started his journey with Real Estate at The University of North Texas where he took courses in Business Integrated Studies with a focus in Economics and Real Estate from 2013-2018. After leaving North Texas, Cody went to work for a commercial construction company in the DFW area where he learned and developed invaluable skills in marketing and management. He has extensive experience in construction, project management and leasing rental properties. His primary niche real estate focus is managing real estate assets and identifying land and single family assets for new acquisition opportunities throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
